This cuff has a 58 mm inner width and a 28 mm opening. Inner width is not wrist circumference. Compare it with a comfortable cuff you own. Do not bend the cuff to resize it.

Wipe the steel surface with a soft cloth. Avoid abrasive pads and harsh cleaners, especially around the zirconia settings. Dry gently before storing. Slip on sideways at the wrist opening. Do not repeatedly bend or resize the cuff.
